Privacy Policy

The short version
- We collect as little as we can. No accounts, no passwords, no analytics, no tracking or advertising cookies, no ads.
- We use your stories only to write your speech — never as examples, for marketing, or to train AI.
- We delete them automatically: at the end of the 30th day after purchase, or 7 days after you started if you don’t buy. You can delete them sooner with one click.
- Your speech is written by AI. We send your answers to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write and check it.
- Link (a Stripe company) handles payment as seller of record; we never see your card number.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is Intelligence EOOD (Интелиджънс ЕООД), registered in Bulgaria, UIC 206997580, bl. 428, entr. V, apt. 42, Lyulin residential district, Lyulin district, Sofia 1359, trading as Decido Labs. Privacy questions: support@speechkindly.com. We do not sell to customers in the United Kingdom.
We are also the controller for information about other people that you include in your stories — for example the person the speech is about, or family members you mention. You use the Service for a personal purpose, but we provide the tool, so data-protection law applies to us.
2. What we collect
About you: your email address (received from Link at checkout, to send your private link and order confirmation); your answers, notes, rewrite instructions and edits, and the speeches we produce; a record of the checkout statements you ticked and when; order and payment records (order number, product, amount, date, payment and refund identifiers — never your full card number); and your IP address and basic browser information, used only to protect the Service from abuse.
About other people in your stories: the first name or nickname of the person the speech is about, your relationship to them, the stories and details you choose to share, and first names of other people you mention. Please don’t give us surnames, dates of birth, addresses, contact details or sensitive details (such as health or religion) unless they really matter for the speech; we automatically remove some of these.
What we don’t collect: accounts or passwords, full card details, analytics or advertising identifiers, social-network data, location tracking.

Information about people who have died is not covered by the GDPR, but we protect it in exactly the same way. We don’t send marketing emails.
4. Automated decisions
The Service is fully automated. If our automated checks cannot produce a speech that passes, the Service decides not to deliver it and refunds you in full. You can contact support@speechkindly.com to give your view or contest it.
5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. We use these providers:

Anthropic processes your answers and speech on our behalf only to write and check your speech. Under the commercial terms for its API, Anthropic does not use this content to train its models; it may keep it for a limited period for safety purposes, as its terms set out.
Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA without an adequacy decision, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Ask us for a copy at support@speechkindly.com.
6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and for portability. The fastest way to delete everything is “Delete my data now” on your speech page; for anything else, email support@speechkindly.com from the address you used to buy. We reply within one month. Because there are no accounts, we may ask you to confirm a request through your private link or email.
If you are mentioned in someone’s speech: we hold only first names and the stories the buyer chose to share, and keep them only until the end of the 30th day after purchase. We usually can’t tell who a first name refers to, but if you believe a speech about you is stored with us, write to support@speechkindly.com and we will help where we can.
You can complain to a data-protection authority — in Bulgaria the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), or the authority where you live.
US residents: we don’t sell or share personal information and don’t use it for targeted advertising. We treat every visitor the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
8. Cookies
We don’t use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The questionnaire uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that processes browser signals only to tell people from bots. The payment page is run by Link/Stripe, which may use its own cookies for security and fraud prevention under its own policy.
9. Security
Your speech page can only be reached through a long, random private link. We use encryption in transit, keep your stories out of our logs and never publish speeches. Please keep your link private.
10. Children
The Service is for adults (18+). Speeches may mention children by first name; please keep details about them to a minimum.
11. Changes and contact
